What type of payment is accepted?

We accept payments via bank transfer or cash on the day of the journey. To keep costs low, we do not accept card payments, as additional fees for card terminals would increase the price for our clients.

Do you provide child seats?

Yes, we offer child seats upon request at the time of booking. Just let us know your requirements, and we’ll ensure your child’s safety and comfort.

If we wish to use our own child car seats, can you store them until our return?

Yes, if you prefer to use your own child car seats, we can securely store them until your return journey.  

How many suitcases can you accommodate? 

Our Mercedes V Class has a spacious luggage compartment. We can typically accommodate up to 12 suitcases, depending on their size. For specific needs, feel free to discuss with us during booking..  

Do you allow pets in the vehicle? 

Yes, we allow pets in the vehicle, provided they are restrained and do not sit on the seats. Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring a pet.

Are your drivers licensed? 

Absolutely. We are fully licensed with Dacorum Borough Council as both an operator and driver, and our drivers are insured under Executive Private Hire insurance for up to 7 passengers.

Do you have wheelchair access?

Unfortunately, our vehicle does not have wheelchair access at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience.
